All DeKalb County School District students receive a Code of Student Conduct Student Rights and Responsibilities handbook at the beginning of each school year. It contains the rules and regulations for DeKalb County Schools. Parents, please review the book’s contents with your child(ren) and return the signature page to your child’s homeroom teacher. Students will be tested to ensure its contents are mastered.
